Pet dander. Every time Jack makes some comment about getting a dog, Daniel reminds him that doing so will ensure his hockey night pizza-and-beer tradition will henceforth be sans archaeologist.
Bees. When he gets stung, his throat nearly swells shut, his face becomes puffy, and his eyes water. Thankfully, Sam finds the epi pen he keeps in his glove box, and Cassie calls for an ambulance. They never picnic in that particular park again.
Mold. Since Colorado Springs is situated in alpine desert, he doesn't have any issues with moldy apartments as he'd had when he lived in Chicago. But then again, the salary the Air Force pays him ensures he no longer lives in budget apartments, either.
Pollen. Teal'c all-but carries him back to the Stargate after a bad reaction to alien wildflowers, but Janet soon has a super-antihistamine whipped up that conquers nearly every one of his known allergens. Ironically, the key ingredient is an extract of one of the plants which nearly killed him.
Fishing. When Jack finally drags him off to Minnesota for the first time, Daniel breaks out in hives within hours of arrival. Of course, that may have less to do with the fish and more to do with alfresco sex near some rather suspicious-looking plants...
